Sean Hudson, Board Member

Sean Hudson is a data scientist, policy researcher, and applied practitioner working at the intersection of food systems, equity, and emerging technology.

As Director of Data & Analytics at 412 Food Rescue, Sean built the organization’s data infrastructure and leads work spanning machine learning, geospatial analysis, and equity-centered impact measurement. His work supports more effective allocation of food recovery resources to the communities that need them most.

Sean specializes in nonprofit data strategy and translating complex analytics into operational tools, grant narratives, and policy-relevant research. He has contributed to published research in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University and brings a rigorous, mission-driven approach to questions of food access, community need, and organizational effectiveness.

He holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
