The National Food Recovery Association (NFRA) is a member-driven network of food recovery organizations and experts across the U.S. committed to minimizing wasted food through prevention and the redistribution of surplus to people first.

The mission of the National Food Recovery Association is to advance the edible food recovery industry through collaborative, solution-focused initiatives that identify and support industry-best practices. The NFRA contributes to positioning edible food recovery as an essential and sustainable feature of the U.S. food system through increasing the visibility, inclusion, and endorsement of food rescue organizations.
